I was super impressed with how knowledgeable she was of the market, and how much detail she provided on a regular basis. She gave me updates on all the intricate details, how many people viewed the listing, how long they looked at it etc… She also got me feedback whenever possible from other realtors after showings. This was my first time home purchase and, I felt a bit overwhelmed with the process. Not only did she listen to what I was looking for in a home, she was wonderful at pointing out features that I wouldn't have even thought of. Jordanna was available for any questions that I had (which were many...) and, patient with my lack of knowledge. She sent me a lovely email that listed all the steps that I needed to complete, after the sale was finalized ~ including changing my mailing address and, links to set up utilities. Just so thoughtful! I cannot recommend her enough and, will definitely be referring her to any of my friends and family who are looking at buying or selling! We purchased a home while out of the Country, as a first time buyer. She worked locally with my dad who attended all the viewings on my behalf and she kept me informed every step of the way. She was quick to respond to all my first time buyer questions (I had a lot of questions), and she guided me through the process with ease and reassurance. I would 10/10 recommend her and will work with her again for any future purchases/moves!

She was always available to answer any questions I had, willing to give advice and experience when I asked, but never pushy or impatient for me to make a quick decision or sale for her financial gain. When we first met and I showed her around my home and yard, I explained a spot on my deck overlooking my gardens, fruit trees and shrubs that was 'my happy place'. She had an artist draw a beautiful picture from that exact spot, had it framed and gave it to me as one of my gifts upon the sale of my home. This is one of the most thoughtful, special treasures I have ever received and brought tears to my eyes when I opened it. Jordanna listens to her clients and really goes above and beyond to assist them in the entire process. She is a breath of fresh air, ethical and personable and I would highly recommend her.
